All of the scripts and other info that I'm interested in keeping up, I'm migrating to GNU General Public License v3. (see also local copy of GPL)
The old license was unclear and lead to some confusion.
So here's what you need to do. Look at whatever item or script of mine is in question. Look for a Terms of Use, Policy, or License. If it specifically lists a license (like GPL), you must follow that. If there are no Terms of Use, Policy, or License specified, that specific item has probably been abandon and I hereby list it as public domain.
Abandon means no updates, no support, no warranty, no guarantees, that type of thing. You are still free to use it, but don't ever expect a better version or for me to answer any questions/problems you might have relating to it.
